When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you sign in via a third-party provider (Google, GitHub), we receive your profile information from that provider.

2.2 Idea Submissions

When you submit a startup idea for evaluation, we collect the idea title, description, and any additional details you provide. This data is processed by our AI evaluation pipeline to generate your results.

2.3 Payment Information

Credit pack purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. We do not store your credit card number or payment details. Lemon Squeezy handles all payment processing and provides us only with transaction confirmations and order identifiers.

2.4 Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information when you access the Service, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and interactions with the Service. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for this purpose.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process your idea evaluations using AI analysis
• Process credit purchases and manage your account balance
• Send you transactional emails (account verification, purchase receipts)
• Analyze usage patterns to improve the Service

4. AI Processing

Your submitted ideas are processed by third-party AI services (Anthropic Claude API) to generate evaluations. The AI analyzes your idea against publicly available market data. We do not use your submitted ideas to train AI models. Your idea data is sent to AI providers solely for the purpose of generating your evaluation results.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service Providers: Supabase (hosting & database), Vercel (deployment), Lemon Squeezy (payments), Anthropic (AI processing), Google Analytics (analytics), Microsoft Clarity (analytics)
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental regulation

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data and evaluation results for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at kcdmlry@gmail.com.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

8. Cookies & Tracking
